Can’t get it to work
It might be great, but no matter what I do, I can’t get Rokoko Studio to recognize my phone, so can’t test it. Currently a waste of time and money.
FYI
So I spent about 3 hours trying to connect this app from my phone to my computer and at first I thought it was a problem with my wi-fi or my firewall security for it- but it wasn’t. I found out that this app works when it is connected to the Rokoko Studio LEGACY version of the software for your computer not the Rokoko Studio software. I only wanted to share what worked for me and I hope this helps someone out there!

IPhone13 not compatible
This is very disappointing. I’m paying for the plus, I have the gloves and suit and this app, as someone else has said, hasn’t been updated in two years. How can the child company of Unreal be so careless with their customers and products? How can they not update their app in two years? In the meantime, I’m using another app to get by. Which is actually pretty good and decent, may even pay for the license that’s only 24$ once they fix the bug in Blender. Overall, disappointed with the app and lack of customer service.

Still no calibration! Terrible compared to UE LLF
I love Rokoko and I have the suit and gloves and wish this app was great. But it’s not. The problem is that all faces are different, and ARKIT needs to have a “neutral” face to reset its Blendshape keyframes. This app does NOT allow you to set a “neutral” face. Very frustrating. Therefore, various facial features will make the performances look terrible. Unreal Live Link Face has “neutral” face as of UE4.27 but it’s not as convenient as this app. Rokoko please fix it ASAP!! I’m paying for the face add on and the paid subscription and yet it hasn’t been substantially changed for two years.

Can not connect to pc
Doesn’t support the iPhone SE2 and Xs.
