orders are not processed timely also taking ages to refund, very much disappointed.

Unable to use the app at Iphone 17 Pro Max
I’m currently unable to use the Rokomari.com Mobile App on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The app either fails to load properly or becomes unresponsive, making it impossible to control my Rokomari.com access.
This is very frustrating since the app is supposed to make things more convenient, but right now it’s unusable. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists.
Please fix this as soon as possible, especially for newer iPhone models. Looking forward to a stable update.

অ্যাপ এতো ক্র্যাশ করছে কেন!!
অ্যাপ এ ঢুকার কয়েক সেকেন্ডের মধ্যেই ক্র্যাশ করতেছে বার বার বেশ কিছুদিন যাবৎ। নতুন করে ইনস্টল করেও কোন লাভ হয় নি। আমি রেগুলার রকমারি ব্রাউজ করি। খুব সমস্যায় আছি। প্লিজ সমাধান করেন।
Keeps crashing
The app just keeps crashing on launch. Tried deleting and installing several times but it still doesn't work. Completely unusable.
App is not opening
It has been three days since I last updated the Rokomari app on my iPhone. Since the update, I am unable to use the app because it automatically closes by itself every time I try to open it.

Its a trusted site but the main problem is one can easily gibe review without buying the product!!! So reviews can be faked. So, the authenticity of the product can’t be verified. It should be accessible only for those who buy the products. Rokomari should change this system in the app. And using vouchers are way more complicated, and points are easily deductible and it can’t be used later ones deducted but didn’t use.
