I love my Roku Smart Home, except for the fact that I cannot delete any old clips and it is saving and saving and saving and every time I go to delete, I get the spinning wheel of death and it does nothing in my phone freezes up. What is the problem and what is the resolution I have called and I can’t seem to get an answer anywhere Very frustrated Roku user!

The cameras were good to begin with, but now I’m paying for a subscription that really should be half the price because my cameras only work half of the time.
They randomly lose connection, sometimes the cameras don’t even pickup when someone is close to them. Something needs to be done about it, I loved these cameras to begin with.

Good initially now issues
When I bought these cameras everything worked great. Now the cameras don’t record everything. A huge chunk will be missing where there were clearly things to record within view of the cameras. The description of the captured video describes people or pets as vehicles or packages. There was movement at my front door and that was captured. But 5 min later more movement in the same area and nothing captured. It’s not reliable.

Terrible for Smart Plugs
Terrible consistency with smart outlets. Does not work a lot of the time even with rules set. Cannot recommend and wish I could return this garbage

This is a very important camera in my life because it helps me to see my mom while I’m not in her room knowing that she is sick I can view her from anywhere. It even works when you’re out of the Country as long as you have internet you have connections. I love it.

Worst camera service on earth
Half of the time my cameras dont even work which is a huge security concern. Not only this, but I pay these clowns 3.99 a month per camera just to have access to image notifications.

Firmware won't update
I used these Cameras for about a month and then the app told me I need to update the firmware. I've tried powering down the camera and my phone and turning them back on. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app. I've tried freeing up space on my phone. Nothing works.
They are ok.
I bought these cameras to use as nanny cams for my kids and spent all this money on them and the one I have as a nanny cam to watch my newborn while she’s napping in the other room since the baby monitors suck it’s just losing connection. Like what’s up with the camera? Why is it doing this? Are yall messing with them when you update so we’ll buy the way more expensive ones…. Fix this. I like to see my kids when I’m at work. Like what’s going on?

why didn’t it let me REconnect my LED lights after i got my wifi switched. it couldn’t find the device and i’ve tried it multiple times. so i deleted the app, im NEVER getting roku LED lights again.
