Not a fan
Light bulbs suck can’t stay online and have to split my home router network to accommodate 2.4 g for lights and still won’t stay online and now I have compromised all my other devices and they won’t run correctly because I split my network. Never again will I buy a Roku bulb and I text chat for 2 hours. What a scam the rep didn’t even help me and to end the chat said he would call me in 30 min and never called absolutely disgusted with Roku !!

Not worth it
I bought a few cameras after having my two children, and they constantly lag, the app fails, and I have to pay for saved videos in order to keep them. It’s not worth it at all.

Useless MFA doesn’t work
They force MFA down your throat, which is utterly useless and 100% hackable, and it doesn’t even work. How many times do I have to hit the button to text me a code before it actually does it? Thanks for letting me waste money buying a camera that I can’t use.

Constant lag, constant connection being lost, barely records when there is actual movement happening. Paying for the membership for nothing. What a waste.
The latest update to the Roku TV is complete bloatware
Roku has just destroyed any loyalty I have to any of their products with their latest TV update. Roku TV has officially become bloatware and there’s nothing you can do about it. What made Roku TV good is no longer available to the loyal user. Buy an Amazon fire TV instead of a Roku, you get the same bloatware.

App glitch
This app sucks I go to view my camera and it’s frozen absolutely terrible they need to fix this app it’s garbage
They updated it so it pauses your music whenever you open the app
This app doesn’t even have audio.
Worked GREAT
Until a week ago. It allows me to turn the light off and shows off on the app yet it’s still on in my room. I wish this would be fixed quickly.
Not always accurate
No matter how sensitive or not, or define the event area it’s hit or miss if anything is picked up. It’s especially annoying when it labels pets as vehicles and people as packages. Or it says motion when it’s clearly a person.

Issue
When I first purchased these cameras, I had no problems! The picture is very clear. The sound is very low so you really have to pay attention and almost yell to get someone’s attention. I also subscribed and things were going well until about 2 months ago. They are buffering and loosing connection, even though I have great WiFi (and the signal said it is strong on the cameras). I love the cameras just wish they were more efficient like when I first purchased.

Good quality for your money
I was a little skeptical when I bought this two years ago, but I’m glad I did. So much cheaper than the other door cams and the subscription is only $3.99 a month. The only negative thing I don’t like about it is you have to manually go in and delete the event every day it will not record over itself.

Not a happy customer lately
I have five Roku cameras at first they were perfectly fine but now they’re constantly shutting off by themselves disconnecting themselves and it’s most certainly not my Wi-Fi, especially at night time where I need it recorded the most they’re not recording anything and I paid to have them the subscription Can’t talk to anybody on the phone to get help with it. Super frustrating.
