Why does my Roku camera constantly go off especially the one I have set up in da front.

Garbage
This camera is garbage. I’ve checked my GHz, password, reset my router, and the app is updated. I STILL can’t get the camera to work!
Roku
The only bad thing I can say about this camera is the volume when you try talking to someone it’s horrible most of the time they can’t hear you.
Wire free door bell
Doorbell is not recoding how it should, yes I have a subscription. When I go in the setting is says operation failed
Recording
Not so good. Some times it records and other times it does not! I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it.. Changed my password and everything. I pay for the subscription for a reason. I think the app needs a little updating….and also the recording the videos need to be a bit longer
Need to b revamped
It lags it’s expensive cost to record looking for a new service as we speak
Effectiveness
For some reason lately it keeps going off-line. Sometimes it’ll often do a screenshot instead of actually taking a video, it doesn’t always record motion if somebody is out front, even if it’s just a shadow of whoever’s coming and going near by, and it’s just getting irritating.
Wouldn’t recommend
We have 3 cameras from Roku and only 1 works fine. The other 2 only work 30% of the time IF we are lucky. Honestly ridiculous, complete waste of money. Invest in something better if you need something reliable and that’s actually going to work.

Outdoor camera
Unreliable…continuously ignores movement and when it does catch motion the notification response is slow. The cost is the only attraction my old service was three times the amount but when my service is up with Roku camera I will not be renewing
Connection lost at times
I’m looking for another home security system. Roku will lose connection randomly and often. Customer Service is the WORSE!! They keep blaming my WiFi yet I have top tier WIFI’. They offered no help whatsoever. DO NOT BUY IT!!
Responsive and easy setup
This is the easiest smart bulb I’ve ever set up no problem at all. This is a great product.

Not sure where the issue is
Periodically a Roku switch does not indicate that it has turned on. I have to manually turn the switch on. Also, some times a Roku switch does not connect to the app and needs to be rebooted.
Not a fan
Light bulbs suck can’t stay online and have to split my home router network to accommodate 2.4 g for lights and still won’t stay online and now I have compromised all my other devices and they won’t run correctly because I split my network. Never again will I buy a Roku bulb and I text chat for 2 hours. What a scam the rep didn’t even help me and to end the chat said he would call me in 30 min and never called absolutely disgusted with Roku !!

Not worth it
I bought a few cameras after having my two children, and they constantly lag, the app fails, and I have to pay for saved videos in order to keep them. It’s not worth it at all.
Puedo estar tranquila viendo a mis padres que están en cama, y ver que estén bien en todo momento
Me es muy útil para monitoreo de mis padres que son de la 3a edad y en cualquier momento se les puede ofrecer algo.
