why didn’t it let me REconnect my LED lights after i got my wifi switched. it couldn’t find the device and i’ve tried it multiple times. so i deleted the app, im NEVER getting roku LED lights again.

Sucks
These cameras suck. The customer service sucks. They go off for every little thing for nothing at all. They go off. The notifications are ridiculous. They go off for no reason at all so when you really need them, the notifications are a lot to go through and call customer service is ridiculous. You would think that you were able to access the customer service because they’re your cameras you will be able to access the camera footage, but no they tell you that you have to file a police report in order to access your own camera footage. That’s ridiculous. That’s totally ridiculous. I’m not happy at all.

Good cameras while they last
The product work fine for few months but they die quick , out door cameras should work for all different weather conditions but not this ones.
Won’t Stay Linked
This app was working great until 7/23/2024, then used to keep buffering. Now, if it loses connection to the internet you have delete the camera and add it all over again on Android & iPhone!

Mixed feelings
I love the quality of the cameras. But I’ve got issues with them freezing up and just stop working for no reason. And when I try to talk through the cameras you can barely hear the person speaking, or they can barely hear me.
Needs a bug update
I've been consistently using my Roku cameras for about 2 yrs now. We have 1 in the living room & 1 doorbell camera... The cameras themselves have been GREAT. My only 1 complaint abt them is that it does take the cameras a minute of consistent movement for them to start recording. Otherwise it just takes a picture & that's it.... But my real beef is with the app.
The app used to be great! But after about 6 months, it started getting a bit glitchy when I try to go back & watch the footage. The problem that's currently happening, is that I can't turn my phone sideways to watch the videos in landscape view without the video freezing all together; It'll play the sound, but no video. Just a frozen image of the video as the sound rolls on.
I need to be able to turn my phone to see the videos so I can zoom in or just simply see the video in a larger window. in or see the video.
Other than this minor annoyance, I'd say the app is great & the cameras are awesome.

This camera is garbage. I’ve checked my GHz, password, reset my router, and the app is updated. I STILL can’t get the camera to work!
Roku
The only bad thing I can say about this camera is the volume when you try talking to someone it’s horrible most of the time they can’t hear you.
Wire free door bell
Doorbell is not recoding how it should, yes I have a subscription. When I go in the setting is says operation failed

Not so good. Some times it records and other times it does not! I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it.. Changed my password and everything. I pay for the subscription for a reason. I think the app needs a little updating….and also the recording the videos need to be a bit longer
Need to b revamped
It lags it’s expensive cost to record looking for a new service as we speak
Effectiveness
For some reason lately it keeps going off-line. Sometimes it’ll often do a screenshot instead of actually taking a video, it doesn’t always record motion if somebody is out front, even if it’s just a shadow of whoever’s coming and going near by, and it’s just getting irritating.
