Most buttons do not work

Pay 599 or 499 whatever the price is for the subscription for the remote on my phone and it barely connects to the TV and it only selects the Netflix button, but does not work for up and down. Select any of that.

TERRIBLE

I just wanted an option after the back button on the remote that came with my Roku streaming stick stopped working. App doesn’t work, keeps prompting me to pay for service and prompts for a review immediately after installing.
