Good App, but Needs Some Work!
I’ve been a dealer tech for about four years and this app came out a few years ago and makes life much easier for some customers. It’s easy to point to the Epson SureColor S series and point out the LCD display. HOWEVER, with this app you can take any iOS device and make it the control panel for this product. If you want a display the size of the phone you can have it! If you want a display the size of a 12” iPad Pro you can have it as well! It is a little slow, but like everything else, I’m sure Roland will keep improving as they always do!

App hasn’t worked for months.
App no longer works. No updates in months. No longer compatible.
Barely functional.
Finally connected to our newly installed VG 540. The app required a firmware update on the printer, which is understandable. After installing the latest firmware the app still says the version we just installed isn't the right version. The 2 techs that did the install couldn't even get the printer to be discovered on their phone at all. Devs: I really want this app to work! Also, while you're tinkering, make the app alert me when a print is ready to be cut or needs my attention if it doesn't already (again I could never get it to work so I'm not sure what it does or doesn't do).
