Fix The App!
I tried it for the first time today and the food was GREAT, HOWEVER the app will not let me log in or anything! Please fix whatever bug it has soon.
Not working
This app used to work. It no longer does - unable to find my location, gives me an error that reads “there’s a connection error”, and does not allow to make choices for different combos. Hopefully they’re able to resolve this issue soon.
Doesn’t open!!
The app does not open. It has an error of, “There is a connection error. Please, check your Internet connection and restart the app.” I’ve received the message when issuing cell data and WiFi. There is no internet connection issue as my phone is using other apps just fine.

Won’t let me log in
I tried to use my app going to pay for my food and it won’t open. Have tried multiple times on different day and I had enough points for a free meal. App will not open

This 1 star is not for the food! Food is a 5 but please fix the app!! It’s such an inconvenience to not be able to order off the app. Not sure what happened but as other users have stated, it worked fine for a while but has been down the months.

Very inconsistent
After a while it stopped letting me make orders and stoped giving me points with my registered Visa card would delete but scared I’ll lose all my points reached out to support about this and it’s been over two weeks and still no feedback back

What’s happening?
We love roll em up, my mom has the app and it worked great for over a year. However recently the app won’t let her log in and keeps saying connection error. Normally I would just say to delete and redownload the app but when we talked to an employee about it they said don’t delete it all your points might disappear. So in fear of losing her points she wanted me to download the app. Once I did again the app said connection error for me even a new user. For us at least it has kinda deterred us from eating at the restaurant. It is still good but definitely disappointing to not get points.

Does not work
This app used to work great until it didn’t. no longer can login to earn points on food. I have contacted the company many times with no response.
Doesn’t Work
The app use to work fine. It stopped working and sadly I’m unable to use saved up points.
DOES NOT WORK!!
I downloaded the app and all it says is “Connection error. No internet connection. Please close and restart the app”. Problem is that I do in fact have an internet connection as EVERY OTHER APP WORKS FINE!!

Can’t even open the app when it downloads. Tried multiple times and it happens every time.
Unusable!
It worked fine for a few months till it didn’t! First, it wouldn’t let me place any orders or even find a location to begin with. I decided I would try and log out to then log back in as a refresh as soon as I logged out, it wasn’t loading the page to let me sign in. After trying and refreshing the app still not working so I decided to delete the app as a whole and re-download it, but after I open it, I re-download it, completely white blank screen saying error try again and nothing else just making it completely unusable. I had points that I had saved up to use rewards for too.

Food Delicious but App is Bad
Every time I have eaten here the food has been really great, especially for fast casual. Unfortunately, recently the app has not been working well. In fact, it's not working at all.
Does not work at all
The app won’t open. Deleted and redownloaded. Keeps telling me there is an internet connection problem and to restart.
Terrible App
This is the worse app EVER! I’m not even getting my points, because the app never works. Forget about the rewards, because you’ll never be able to redeem them!
