It's OK
We rented two scooters at Camping Park Umag and paid via PayPal. First, €30 was reserved, but the next day only the actual usage was charged. The service worked reliably, except for one minor issue when ending the ride that was quickly resolved by restarting the app.
Pricing is 1 €to start and 30 cent per minute.
