There is no app
The app redirects to the web after installing. There is no point installing an app as a modal pops up referring you to the website. I could’ve done that without the app.
The digital experience is not actually present because I can see the amount of marketing effort being put in to promote it. The kiosk experience is great, so something similar would actually be better. Maybe the modal is a bug? But yeah,

PLEASE READ THIS
Delightful price, service and incredible food!! I have been purchasing there products for many years and do certainly recommend there healthy and fresh filling foods BUT….. there concepts of their sauce containers are not a very practical option for me. Opening the package to the sauce condiment is indeed a hard struggle, once opened the continuous mess and impractical export is still not ok. Any NEW brand product designs would sure be necessary to truly meet my top standards. ThankYOU.

App crashes on startup
Unfortunately the app keeps crashing on startup iPhone 15

Your app is appalling to use.
Firstly the store’s products are not able to be selected so the staff said to order any cold roll and they will swap it out which was nice. However the app doesn’t show the order so the manager was unable to swap out the rolls. He wasn’t able to find my order either so for 5 mins we had no way of completing my order till eventually it appeared on the stores system. No record of what was ordered on the app to show staff.
First and last time of using the app and will be going to Soonta instead.

Delivery didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive and the Narellan Town Centre store didn’t answer my calls. Usually love this food but this app is being deleted as soon as I rectify this.

Pointless app.
App is useless when you do a click and collect and you food just sits there with no staff calling out orders for pick ups.
Waited 15-20min for my food for it to be just sitting there got cold couldn’t eat raw beef with cold soup.

Driver stole order
Placed a delivery order through the app. The app apparently uses DoorDash as the courier service. The app updated to say that the order was ready, and that the driver was on their way to pick it up. The app then immediately updated to ‘completed’ despite it obviously not having been delivered, and there is no functionality within the app to contact anyone about the order. They then sent me tracking data in an SMS, and I watched the delivery driver arrive to pick up the order, and then just not move for over half an hour. It then reset itself and listed a different delivery driver, and then a hour after the order was first placed, it updated to ‘cancelled’, with absolutely no pathway to recover the money that I had already paid for the order.

Terrible App
You can't earn points, I've used this multiple times and where it should say how many points earned for this transaction it says 0. You can't spend said earned points, there is no option to even though I have over 9k. You should have a barcode on the app and a scanner in the restaurants so you can earn points without having to order via the app. All in all; it's a really terribly functioning app.

Seriously poor attempt at an app
This is a terrible app. The menu is impossible to navigate, I couldn’t even manage to find banh mi!
But the absolute worst thing about this app and the Roll’d website is that if you change your phone number you can never ever use the site again. That’s it. They’re done with you.

Doesn’t send you a text message to verify your account so cannot get to order food.
Choosing sauces is a bit slow and can’t see loyalty option
It seems if you want to add different sauces with your soldiers you need to order each soldier individually and add the sauce. Would be nice if there’s an option where if you’ve selected 2 x whatever soldier that you can select each sauce on the one screen instead of having to add soldiers one by one.
Also the loyalty program seems a bit unclear in the app. You can earn points but an option to use them is not clear or non-existent.

Rice paper roll was not available during pick up
Ordered rice paper roll for the first time via app during lunch hour 1pm (Garlic Prawn, Soft-shell crab, and Pork & Prawn) only to be told by staff that soft-shell crab and pork & prawn was not available. Those options that are NOT available on the app menu should be removed in advance. Since I already paid for it, I was forced to choose other options that I dont like. Disappointing.

Bad app
I’ve ordered via this app both pickup and delivery - neither work.
Pickup: Both times I ordered pickup, I had a 5-10 min walk to get to the store. Both times upon arriving, the store was reasonably quiet yet my order hadn’t been started, let alone taken by the kitchen. It rendered the entire thing useless and I basically just had to order from the counter.
Delivery: Years later I ordered delivery with my partner. We set the delivery window to ASAP (30-60mins). After an hour the kitchen still hadn’t accepted our order - in other words, they hadn’t even started the order. There was no way to call the store, no way to lodge an urgent issue with the app. We had to file a formal complaint and file a claim with our bank. Two days later the app notified us that our order had been taken by the kitchen, and would be delivered soon. My partner had to call around a bunch of numbers to try and get the order cancelled so as not to waste everyone’s time/waste food.
Yeah pretty awful guys.

Don’t bother
The app is clunky to use. If you do pick up, you have to select a time that’s much later than if you just went in and ordered at the counter. Then when you finally put your order through it gets rejected for no apparent reason.
I waited until the selected order time passed before asking where my order was as I hadn’t even gotten a notification that it was being processed. As I was asking, a notification that my in app order was rejected. Thank goodness the money doesn’t seem to have gone out of my account.

Don’t be fooled by this app
The app shows Westfield Sydney is open till 9pm. Delivery Order was sent at 8pm and it was only 12pm of the next day was order processed. Couldn’t call the store or cancel order in advance. When driver arrived, noone was home and even worse, the store already mixed the noodles with the soup! Waste my money and time!
