Is 175 last level - Is 70 last popularity level ?

Why can’t I level up after 175? Game is stuck on 175 stars. HELLO, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? Still won’t let me get past 175 stars, now I dropped it from 3 stars to 1.
Update: Not only still stuck on level 175 stars, now stuck on level 70 popularity hearts.
UPADATE: Popularity hearts are working again, now let’s get the stars working .

Great game

This is a great game to play if your not around Wi-Fi all the time. You don’t need to purchase any in app purchases. You can watch adds if you want to speed up or get items. I highly recommend this game for all ages. I play it dally while I take a cab into the city each day. Perfect for car rides with no Wi-Fi

Hello

Here’s one big thing you can do about the game change the game instead of playing the game for us and telling us exactly what to do. You could ask if we want help if your play if your players say no thank you you need to respect them, but you don’t give us that option. You just tell us what to do. You’re going to lose play. And you’re gonna lose your your ratings so just let the players actually play the game stop playing it for us stop telling us what to do. Let us figure it out.

Expansion Shovels

There needs to be more shovels rewards in the chests or something. It’s hard enough to expand and the shovels needed increase by 1 every time you expand.

I have something like 24 million dollars in the game but I keep having to waste gold on cleaning my park and watering plants. So stupid. About to delete the game.

Great game

I absolutely love playing this game I am hooked the only problem I have is I have no social media and in order to move past level 10 I have to log into social media . I guess it was fun while it lasted.

Gold coins

I understand the creators want to make profits, but having power generators under the coin system is a terrible idea. It’s likely to make me walk away from the game, and wouldn’t be surprised if others felt the same.

Weird things happening with my game

The first two weeks played this game everything fine, but after an upgrading at beginning of May, strange things started. First after upgrading laboratory added in,I built it and put it into warehouse, then it disappeared. I reported it. About two weeks later, the technical team got it back for me. Also after the upgrading, I couldn’t watch the ad video, that’s disaster. Video can speed up. Took almost two months many emails to supporter, finally got the answer was because my region. I didn’t buy it. The new weird thing is, I’m at popularity L70, I was shocked that I need more than 5.2 million, yes million to finish L70. At L69, I need about 726k points. I wrote to supporter, almost a month now they were ignoring the question, zero answer about it. Feels like they hack into my game and rewrite the L70 points only for me. I’ve been through 7 times game broken. One time I was only look at my park doing nothing. There’s no excuse to ignore answering the questions. I showed them ss, wrote at least 4 emails, they got my emails but just ignored it. There is no in game chat, I have to leave my experience here. Hope I can get a reply. There is only one person at L79, I couldn’t imagine how could he get there, only L70 need 5.2 million. The game is good, makes you very busy but still good. But the experience with the supporter just nightmares.

Gold waste

You end up wasting your gold cleaning your park and watering plants. Probably will delete the game. Too bad. Very fond of it otherwise. The attractions need too many resources too frequently as well.
