Sloppy Mess
I don't know who the team was behind this app overhaul, but they were in over their heads. Everything is clunky, unintuitive, and unresponsive. The UI takes up way too much space. Nothing does what you think it should do. It feels like a senior high school project. Oh, and the onboarding flow of this wheelchair app helpfully encourages you to "walk" to your favorite spots, which should tell you about all you need to know about the level of care that went into this product. It's a good idea, but it's just not there.
