This app is actually so bad. I have been trying to login in and everytime I do it keeps on loading and loading until It kicks me out of the app. Itâs honestly terrible

The app is frozen- me and my boyfriend can't register our tickets

The app never works. If you get it loaded up you only have 5 minutes before it crashes. Thatâs if youâre even lucky enough to be able to sign in. Nothing on the app works. The schedule doesnât let you make your own like advertised. Yall make so much money from your festival you canât put a little more into the app?

I have been trying to log in for hours now. This is so stupid.
OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF ISSUES W THIS APP
since yesterday iâve been trying to use the app to look at the schedule and when trying to customize by personal schedule it wonât save anything. the app keeps crashing or just sits there loading for forever. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES ASAP BEFORE NEXT WEEKEND. why have an app if it doesnât work!?

Non working app
Actual rubbish of an app, smart concept, terrible execution. For some reason they decided to make the set lists exclusively on the app? Which is notorious for being buggy and not loading absolutely anything. Not only canât I see what times artist are preforming and where, but I also canât even log in. Thatâs right! Log in! Every time you reset the app you get sent back to the log in screen and have to pray the app lets you log back in, 80% of the time it doesnât and itâs just on an infinite loop. Letâs say you do log in by a miracle, good luck even getting past the Home Screen, anything you touch on the screen or type will result in a 20 second loading time, half of the time itâs infinite. Rolling loud please do better.

Wrong Rolling Loud
The app is dumb and automatically only showing me Miami. I live in LA and Iâve previously only done LA so why can I not see the LA lineup or schedule or map. Give me the right one because thatâs where Iâm going.
Actually Stupid
Downloaded the app to see set times because website said set times were available exclusively in app. Opened the app. See the same message as online: âDownload app to see set timesâ ON THE APP. Pretty freakin stupid. I tried to log in with Apple it will not let me even log in! Absolutely BOGUS app.
Buggiest app of all time
As soon as you open youâll notice things donât even load properly LOL what a joke of an app.
