App hasn’t worked in 12 months now and still not fixed

This app is so hard to use as it’s so slow and difficult to use. 1 minute wait between page refreshes.

Unauthorised payment
App took payment from credit card when I had only been checking prices. I did not proceed to payment page and did not confirm payment type. The pizza shop phoned me 2 hours later to tell me my pizzas were waiting. $107 wasted as I no longer needed the pizza nore could I get there to collect my cold pizza. Manager refused to speak to me. This has put me off ever buying from Romanos again I get the impression this has happened to others.

Checkout is not working
The app is quite problematic. It is slow to use (used both my phone and my girlfriend’s and it was slow on both), and checking out didn’t work for me. I called the store to try to get my 20% off app only promotion because the app not working wasn’t any fault of mine, and they didn’t try provide a 20% off discount on call anyway to make up for this inconvenience.

Thanks for reaching out, we have identified an issue where the Checkout could malfunction and have fixed the problem in a recent update. The 20% promotion is tied to the app and has to go through that system so couldn't be handled in-store, sorry for the inconvenience! App not checking out
Ended up going to a different pizza store tonight because we couldn’t get the app to work. Will try again another time.
