Nice game, but you better bring your money

Just learning game

Bug deleted my content

If spending months building cities only to have them deleted instantly due to a game bug makes you happy then this game is for you. Submitted a request to devs to correct this problem, but only got a canned response and no help. Game was fun, but losing all my “work” was not. I’ve spent too much time on this to start over…buyer beware!

Lost game

I was enjoying play this and moved suburb etc and then my password wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log in. Tried resetting password many times but no email came through. Not in spam either. Deleted app and reinstalled, have lost my game. Started again, tried logging out and in before I got too far into it again (as it takes so long to get through the tutorial) and same thing… password not working. So disappointing as I do like the game but cannot play. Couldn’t contact anyone through the website as I don’t know my player name and wasn’t sure how to change that when I was playing it. What do I do?

Very enjoyable indeed

Sad to see what the series has come to

It’s all in the title this is just another pay to progress shadow of a game

Nice game but more guides when big steps are made in the game.

The Ages of Caesar has good city building mechanics and fun, at times, frustrating battles.

Plan to play for a few days and then mothball until the next stage is sorted out.

The problem myself, and others had was when we emerged from the training world and into the next world… there was nothing to battle! Somewhere there is, but no-one how or where. And then the city building went out of balance.

Everyone restarted again on the second game provided. It’s good enough to repeat.

I still don’t know where to battle after three days of looking, poking, thrusting, and asking. I’m now bored… and no easy quick guides from the creators or fans.

The city building has many well designed aspects and when compared to others, is fun. Some balance of the mechanisms could make it a great game, like making it easier to export and new units aren’t built in hostile land when from the vault…etc etc

The battle mechanics are fun and make sense. And some unclear parts are soon cleared up at the start by experimenting.

The ads aren’t invasive but it is a pay to compete model.

Good game

It’s a good game but they don’t have a lot of new players sticking around so your city is going to be pretty empty after 2 weeks of playing. It’s also really annoying to spend multiple hundreds of items to upgrade one of your production building just to earn +1 total storage on that building. Other than that it’s a fun game

Great game

Love it

Standard game

I was excited when I saw this released and it Starts off fun then the dreaded timers kick in and you have to stop playing, i never understand why some games actively discourage you from playing. I fondly remember the earlier games on pc but this is nothing like them.
10 min wait for an early forum upgrade, what is it going to be like at higher levels, not going to find out as deleted it now.

Hi

The game is total garbage, have no control with it with my iPhone

Firefly details - still micro transaction game

Room for growth but solid early start. Still some bugs and I cannot see a report system for them..
it is what it is without demanding for pay to win.

Underwhelming

Not worth playing. Tutorial that hold-holds you and the game allows you to harvest other people’s resources. Who thought that was a good idea?

SLOW, BORING, CLUNKY

Avoid.
