Help!!
so I basically just downloaded this game to try it out because i love love lovee romance and dress up games and i went into the app and then it said after loading for a while " no network available : unable to join game ". And I was really confused because i have full bars on my network and im really sad because i can't play it !! so could you please try and fix it and i don't get why it said that when it's working perfectly for other people !!? but im sure its a great game i just want to play it !!

I can’t get in the app it keeps on saying “network not available”
My WiFi works perfectly fine, but every single time I try getting on the app it keeps on saying that my network is not available even though my network is fully connected.

Unique amazing game
Well, i love dress up games, it's my absolute favorite genre of mobile games and I can't figure out how I didn't discover this gem before.
This is an amazing old school dress up game that combines otome mechanics, so relationships between characters. The story is very interesting and the gameplay addictive. Seriously, I'm enjoying this game a lot and I wish the servers will remain active.

I used to adore this game, but recently there have been some serious issues:
- Accounts linked with Facebook cannot be accessed.
- The love wheel feature, one of my favorite parts, has vanished.
- Purchases must be “validated” before diamonds are received with no indication of how long you must wait to receive what you paid for.
- “Top-Up” purchases prompt a pop-up stating “Empty Product List.”
- Support does not respond.
Is this game still supported? Can I expect to see these issues fixed?

Love this game, sad to see what has happened
I LOVED this game years ago, the outfits are so cute and there are SO MANY to choose. But after an update, I lost access to my account and lost literally everything. And to actually get the clothes takes a lot of time, so it was very sad. I remade my account and started over, but last year they stopped doing events and updates for this game at all. The constellation board game is closed so you can never get the horoscope sets. The star show is closed so you can never get any of the star show sets. Please bring back events in this app, they were so much fun and I love collecting the clothes.

Happy and very sad.
I have been playing this game for years, this was and still is my comfort game. I love it but I have one big issue I just got the Samsung 24 ultra and I went to the google store to redownload it only to find out that it’s supposedly not compatible with my device and I am completely sad that I can no longer take this game with me everywhere I go.
So if it is possible can you guys please make this available once more in the google play store and possibly compatible with newer phone models?
I really do love this game and it got me through bad days of school and work and I just want it back in my pocket.

Would’ve rated 5 stars but I bought 2 top up packs and haven’t received anything.
It said my purchase needed to be verified and wouldn’t give me the gems I purchased.
Return data format error
I’ve playing this game for a few years ago . But today i was found out this game again. First time playing this game after many years i was so excited and have fun. But one day i get into the game and playing but it said “return data format error” and I’ve no ideas what happening?? I can’t play the game . I’m so disappointed this game cause the producers not create a good game for so many players.

So I downloaded the game and it asked me to put in a username and password then I put my email and for some reason it asked me about a verification code. Why The Heck Do You Need. Verification code. But also I don’t know mine. So I deleted this game . So if you don’t have an email and verification code I do not recommend this app 😔😔sorry if I hurt other people feelings but this is true

Something is wrong with the game
Ok so something weird happened about 2 months or so back. At first the game stopped prompting the update that resets the login feature that gives you a new set each month. After finally updating, the love wheel game no longer works and the login is missing the hair from the set so I'm no longer able to complete it. I'm kinda scared to use the fix version button bc it says my local record will be deleted but I'm not sure if that means I'll lose all my progress thus far (the English translation can be hit or miss). I'm honestly close to deleting the game altogether if this issue can't get resolved, which would be a shame bc I've had the game for about three years. Has anyone else experienced the same?
