Issue reporting and external links

A very simple app that has a way too extensive user agreement and doesn’t offer much. The issue reporting is fine, if the city takes action. The rest of the app is just external links to city webpages that are not mobile friendly.

Useful Tool

Really liking the app so far. I’ve been able to report various potholes and received prompt responses from city. Several were fixed within days. Thank you Rome!!

Bad update

Recent update on 12/15/20, app crashed constantly. App is not compatible with iOS dark mode. My iPhone automatically changes from light to dark mode and app doesn’t change so we can’t see black font with dark mode on. Also there is a notification button on top right corner, when we click on it, there are a bunch “testing” “testing” on there so I’m assuming the app is not completed. City of Rome, please hire better app developer. This developer stinks!
