Not as good as the sauce
It doesn’t help that there are two Romeo pizza apps in the App Store. But this is just a website wrapped on a app shell and to make matters worse doesn’t use Apple Pay or Google pay
No CC Saving
Since they updated the app it no longer saves my credit card information, so I have to manually enter it every time I place an order. This is very obnoxious, please bring this feature back to the app!

HTTP error
The app worked great for years and then all of a sudden I can’t log in. Says http error every time and so I have to sign in on the website instead. Now Ive noticed that my rewards points aren’t there. Just says 0. Sooo apparently for many months I haven’t had rewards points even though I sign in online. Really annoying. This app needs fixed. I tried the other version and it’s also garbage.

Stores don't use app
Almost every store close to me doesn't allow mobile ordering. App is useless to me!
“Connection failed:HTTP error”
Every single time I try to use the app and log in, it gives me an error and I cannot order anything. Instead I have to either call or order off the website which is just as awful. It’s to the point where we would order from them weekly for work or for the kids but now we refuse to order from them.
App needs improvement
Love Romeo’s Pizza but I’ve given up on the app. It won’t get my location correct or save my location ever. It always tells me my house can’t be delivered to, but then I order off the website no problems. So now I’m just using the website through Safari.
Mobile Order issues
I’ve been having trouble ordering from any of my local stores, they all say they’re not accepting mobile orders
I am unable to enter payment info
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but still can’t enter payment info. It’s like it was deleted from the app. Please fix it!
Fine app except this
App works fine but you took away the cash option. Now I have to drive to the store and order and wait. Come on.
App crashes and you can never order in it
It’s so frustrating to use this app and the only way to get the special is to use it or order online which doesn’t work either

Why can’t you order the Great Ranch and Potato when you use the app???
Time for Delivery
The app works great. No problems ordering HOWEVER it does not give an estimated delivery time on the app as the website does which is helpful for busy families.
Love Romeo’s but one concern
Romeo’s is my favorite pizza, I love the sauce!
I only have one issue and that’s when trying to order online to take advantage of the online exclusive coupons. I get an error message saying I’m not in the delivery area so I can’t go any further or use my coupon but when calling in we have it delivered. I’ve mentioned this when placing orders but I noticed it’s still not accepting my address. Hoping this gets the right person’s attention.

Incredible pizza, app is super hard to use
I love Romeo’s pizza but I end up calling to place my order every time I try to use this app. It’s confusing to me how to order one of the set pizzas, and the couple times I used it to try to order a cheese pizza (you have to build your own) it always tastes different then when I just call and ask for one. The style of the app is nice and I love the interface overall but the functionality and usability is not great.

App simply doesn’t work
Stop trying to incentivize people to use your app when it obviously doesn’t work. I just spent 15 minutes of my Friday night trying to order a pizza with it only to be told 3 times that the order can’t be placed due to “connectivity issues” even though I can use every other online app just fine. Done with this.

If you want a $30 pizza just call and order, don’t do the app
Don’t trust the app seriously if you want a $30 pizza just called and order. Tip to the designer if you’re going to have a repeat last order you should verify delivery or carry out at the end. Also the pizza shop location should be able to view all order history with contact information made on the app or online.

Bogo doesn’t work on the app
I love everything about the app except for the fact that the BOGO code for Tuesdays will not process through the app. It will work on the desktop version but in the app you get an error message every time saying BOGO is only good on Tuesdays…even though it is a Tuesday whenever I try to use that code. Needs fixed. Thanks

1 hour 47 minutes for 2 pizzas
It took one hour and forty seven minutes for two large pizzas to be delivered. They said the system was down.
