Scanners don’t read the barcode even when added to Apple wallet
Doesn’t work in store or in wallet
The app doesn’t work in store, nor on automated tills. Why even bother having an app if there’s no plan to fix it in store?
Cannot be used in South Australia
Sadly it is impossible to sign up as a South Australian resident as there are no SA stores listed, only NSW ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This app has to be one of the worst out there. It doesn’t work as scanners don’t pick up barcode. There are no personalised offers at all in the app. I’ll be switching to Woolies Everyday Rewards.

You can’t scan the app at self checkouts..it won’t scan even with the increased brightness of your device

Asks me to log in with my number, which I do, then asked to update my details only to tell me my phone number already exists. There’s no way out of that screen and can’t sign up again as my number is taken. It’s rare to find an app this bad in 2024!!

Thank you for this good app! got everything I need, just one more tiny recommendation: maybe use a better quality pic for the apple wallet?
