New Romeos App
Definitely a step down from previous app. Once you submit an order and click on track order, you get an error saying this order is not under this account. So it is impossible to see an estimated delivery time without calling the store. Order details shows time as 20 minutes from submission which isn’t true. Plus it is constantly requiring you to re- log in which is a pain. Why not enable facial recognition.

Non functional app and website
Every time I try to order they won’t take my money. Guess they’re too good for a customer who’s been coming since they’ve been a kid. Only work around it to use uber eats to order but that costs more money so I’m never ordering here ever again.

Fire your app's project manager
I am normally a regular from my local Romeo's. Around once a week. However I've not ordered from you for going on two months now since this new app replaced your old one. Not only does it make offers unavailable for delivery but even getting to the point ordering and paying is nigh impossible anytime you want to back up and make an order change. I don't pay you to make me struggle to be your customer. Whatever literal clown or mongoloid you hired to manage this project is likely working from home and ripping you off because not only did they launch without decent QA but they fail terribly at user experience design and requirements. You could have grabbed someone off the pizza assembly line and got a better result. Enjoy losing money in this economy!

What Just Happened?
I don’t know what I just experienced on this “new” app but it took me 21 minutes to download the new app and resign in and get an order it. This was not a good change and all the fantastic offers were also gone.

the old app was fine and now this one makes the process 10 thousand times more complicated for no reason, i had to make an account and then it doesn't let me log in, the layout looks cheap from a graphic design standpoint and just is a worse app all together. fr my favorite pizza joint too. delete this app and just go back it was fine the way it was and this new app is terrible. better off just calling or walking in store at this point.

By far the worst “new” app I’ve ever seen a company release AND they’ve removed the offers section. Whoever designed this app needs fired.
