App not working because employees aren’t paid
Most of the features on the app is not working. Tarik Sansal, the CEO is known for not paying employees and SA. So, please help the app by not downloading it or just simply not use it.
Horrible App/ Work Environtment
I have been working for Romio now for 60 days. I have witnessed my managment team lie to people about the apps performance ,take money from vendors and provide no clients, and not pay employees. There are people that have not been paid for working at this company for 30 days. Over all this company and the fake services it provides are scary. They dont vet the people they let into your home when they do send someone. I booked a service for a family member and they sent me person with no uniform in a white van with no tags smelling like weed. He was caught looking around my home. When i asked him to leave he raised the price of his service. When i reaeched out to Romio they told me i chose the vendor. This company takes advantage of its people Im sorry to anyone who has ever used this app or company.

Being able to provide and receive premium services in NYC all through the same app is extremely helpful for me. I’m able to be discovered as a Personal Assistant by an extensive and friendly community, plus get deals on services I need, like dog training and house cleaning! It’s a win-win!
Amazing concept, terrible execution
I love this concept so much, however the execution is a total flop. Navigating the app is a nightmare, customer service is non existent, inputting credit card info was way more difficult than necessary.

Scam - avoid
Clicked terms and conditions. Got a page error. I thought this was just a technical glitch. When the same happened with the privacy policy, I knew this was a scam to steal your phone number to be sold on so to say black maker for lead generation or identity theft.
Unfortunately most people don’t bother even to click to see if the app provider has terms and conditions to form an agreement between you and the company. Absence of privacy policy is even more severe. Apple should never had pass this kind of app into the AppStore. This kind of thing would never had happen on Steve Job’s watch.

Great app!
Every service you need is right here. I needed a Handyman and Romio was my go to. The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design. I would highly recommend Romio. It will make your life easier.
Cool concept!
I used Romio recently and had two great experiences with a tech specialist and errand runner. High quality providers, the process was pretty easy and communication was solid. I like the fact that i can request anything. Think this one is a keeper.
Not user friendly
I am hoping that this app will improve, and that people will find my profile, to hire me. Why do I need 15 recommendations in order for my profile to be seen? Not only is that crazy, it’s also extremely inconvenient for people to have to download the app, then sign up, just to write a recommendation. Seems like too much to ask of my clients. Disappointing!

Can't log in, FAIL
1) don't ask me for notification permissions right away. No one will say yes. 2) why do I have to sign up to view the app. 80% of users will bounce and never open your app again. 3) when I did try to sign up, I got a 400 Error upon profile creation, both through Facebook and Google. Can't use the app.

Romio is amazing!
Romio is adding personalization to searches. I'm done using Yelp and Angie's list to find the best services near me, Romio is now my go to app.
