Romny Tour Express Ferry started in 2003 with the first wooden boat carrying 15 guests 1 boat destination,tres Island, chanloh island and bamboo island . Then, in 2005, the company added six wooden boats of increasing guest traffic. In early 2009, the company added two large boats that could accommodate 150 guests for destinations in Koh Rong Samloem and Koh Rong. Then, in early 2019, an upgraded speed boat could accommodate 48 guests. By the end of 2019, the company has upgraded the Express Ferry, which can accommodate 152 guests for destinations to Koh Rong, Koh Rong Samloem, long set (4k) and coconut beach.
