The app doesn’t work since the last update. It doesn’t seem to log on and there’s no way to fix it even when we’re installing it. The membership card doesn’t show up. It keeps looping and not loading.

Poor customer service
Customer service is dreadful. Been trying to log in for the last year. Doesn’t matter how many times you call, email, or go to the desk. I am just told my account is activated and it should work. I just only purchase at HD now, there app is excellent!

I just wanted to look at merchandise however you need to make an account to even do that. So I did…. Then you need to go into a store to activate your mobile app before you can even browse anything absolutely ridiculous!!!
App is broken
This has been happening for 2 years now. The app opens ok and I can use it to scan my VIP Pro card but the Flyers tab just gives me a spinning wheel. This also means I cannot search for any items. Very disappointing.

I don’t know if this is the worst app ever created, but is extremely frustrating to use. Every single time I go to use this app I have to login with my login information, in this day and age is it not possible for an app to retain your login information. It’s very inconvenient when you’re a contractor and you’re heading towards the checkout to pay for a bunch of items they have to constantly be going on your phone looking up your password looking up your email address and so forth.
If the app developers don’t know how to create an app properly, take a look at the Home Depot app. It is truly amazing. Might be some valuable lessons there.

The WORST
The website, app and stores are absolutely the worst. App won’t let me look at stock unless I register, I have a while ago but creds don’t match, waiting in way to change and nothing, website non responsive most of the time and when it is it’s SUPER slow and still doesn’t show if product is in stock or at what store or how to change it. Many phone calls go unanswered to store so I don’t know how I’m supposed to buy anything unless I go to the store itself. I hate what Home Depot stands for but at least I can find stuff

Can’t sign up, can’t nuthin, won’t let me fill in the information, and you can’t even sign up on a computer, insane system for a company of this size
Doesn’t recognize address
The system won’t let you sign up if it doesn’t recognize the postal code for the business that has been in existence for INXS of one year. It’s too bad. How can the app be that far out of date?
