Easy to use
I don't know why I've spent the last three years not using the app. I remember when the rook app first came out, and using it today I realize how much has been updated! Headed to get my coffee now and it definitely makes a difference and busy New Jersey

Good but could be better!
The app is visually great and easy to use. I think there are way too many clicks required to re-order the same coffee I ordered yesterday from the same location and same payment method. The app also regularly takes so long to load between clicks. If that can be improved that would make it a lot better!

Why so slow?
My app takes so long to process and complete an order. I don’t know why. I have tried deleting and reinstalling many times. And I wish it was easier to add previous orders to the cart quickly like the Starbucks app. Thank you! I ❤️ Rook coffee, don’t love the app.
Greatest Microbrew Coffee
I've been a big fan of Rook, especially their Pt. Pleasant spot, since I worked nearby for about 10 years, and Point is my favorite beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, the people are friendly, and of course, they have amazing beans! I can't say the same for a certain other green logo coffee brand... ahem.

Rook Coffee over the past era in my life, has changed my life for the better. Ever since coming out as a very gay person, Rook coffee has made me so much gayer. Rook experience
I’ve been a patron of Rook since there was only one original location, and the coffee’s been consistently excellent. The staff are always warm and well trained people, so getting my commuter cup or lazy weekend caffeine fix is always a pleasure!
