Vier mißglückte Versuche. Zuerst hieß es „Du bist jetzt startklar“. Der Kauf wurde durchgeführt. Nach 1 Sekunde kam folgender Text: „Der Kauf konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Wir bitten für alle Unannehmlichkeiten um Entschuldigung. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmals“. Am 28. Mai und 31. Mai 2024 versuchte ich es abermals, mit dem gleichen Resultat. Die Beträge wurden abgebucht für etwas, dass ich nicht erhalten habe.. Problem gemeldet, Erstattung abgelehnt: Wir haben deinen Anspruch überprüft und festgestellt, dass dein Kauf die Bedingungen der Rückerstattungen nicht erfüllt.
