Но получилось через 4 месяца добавить устройства. Нажимайте серую кнопку Configure, вводите данные сети и Start Connection. Термостаты должны быть в режиме сопряжения. У меня все три разом подключились. Сеть 2.4, обязательно та же на устройстве. Надеюсь, у вас тоже получится. Теперь вот как с Алисой связать :)

Terrible app
This app is beyond buggy and when it does work there is minimal user input that can be done. If you’re in the market to purchase a thermostat stay away from this garbage! Pretty useless.

Уважаемый создатель программы верните обратно правильную работу преложения! После вашего обновления ничего не работает и не создаёт подключение выдаёт ошибку подключения и не видит устройства. Или создайте новую программу которая будет правильно работать ото отдали столько денег за устройства а программа не работает !

Further to my last Uber negative review...
eventually I made a connect! What I discovered is that if you have a BT SmartHub you will now doubt have the My BT app. The thermostat for some reason gets put into a default group in the app even without connecting. Remove the thermostat (shows as unknown_xxx) from the default group and it connects. Just the sort of thing Joe non IT person would discover with the non existent support I have had.

Very hard to added a new thermostat application don’t want operate with Wi-Fi I hope it will be fixed soon.

Абсолютно не рабочее приложение
Подключить WiFi не удалось. Изучены все возможные инструкции, перепробованы разные роутеры и телефоны.
Not bad
I also had a hard time connecting. A lot of it had to do with the WiFi signal I think in far side of cabin. I added a WiFi booster. The search function did not work immediately. I had to walk away from it once it started searching for WiFi and try later to search. On a couple of thermostats, I had to turn off and turn on the phone to connect. Once connect the controls work fine to control 4 different electric heater thermostats.

Works well remote works using iPhone temperature differential a bit wide for off and on so have to set above for on required temp then step back to precise temp or will stay on 5 deg past set temp just had apply watch and unable to get app to sink to watch very annoying
Really bad app
I bought two of these thermostats and they worked OK at first although it is very difficult to understand what the various settings and controls do. I changed my ISP and can no longer connect to my Wifi. I plan to ditch the thermostats and app- waste of time and money

Bought the device but can’t configure the device, I mean can’t connect it at all. The WiFi symbol on LCD. Keep flashing

Poor quality app and product
Let me say that this is probably the absolute worst purchase I have ever made! I hate eBay anyway, but I thought I would try it this once and take a chance. Boy was that a mistake!
First it took two months for the thermostat to arrive. When it came, the instructions were almost impossible for me to read and see. When I did figure it out, there was no way to mount the thermostat on the wall. The wiring was not correct for American electricity. And there’s no way to return the thermostat at this point. I’m extremely disappointed.
I downloaded the app to my phone so that I could see what advice I can get on installing the thermostat and that was pointless. There was nothing there to show me what to do.
I just got on Amazon and ordered a new thermostat that will be here Monday. Finally we can get some regular heat in our home after surviving the winter hotwiring my electric furnace.
