I paid for this app for my little boy and it froze shortly after I downloaded it and hasn’t worked properly since. Really disappointed as I expected more

iPad version doesn’t properly work
Great game, my 4 year old loves it but has to play on the iPhone as his favourite game ‘Whoosh they were gone’ freezes on the initial star screen with iPad and won’t work so the game has to be rebooted.
Since iOS 11 upgrade won’t work
The game has worked perfectly for 1 year. Today it kept on saying it needed the update so I installed it. Now it’s just a black screen. I see I’m not the only person that this has happened to. BAFTA nominated you would expect it to be first class. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I will be now deleting it.

Doesn't work
I found this a lot of money to pay for an app that only worked for a couple of months. My iPad is fully updated so the problem is not on my end. Please fix it, it has been weeks if not months since this app worked!!!

The app wouldn't open on my iPad (just a blank screen).
I sent an email to tech support who responded very very quickly with the fix.
Basically, you need to delete the app, reboot your iPad then reload the app.
You also need at least 1gb free space on your iPad.

Worked once now won't load
Black screen when open on iPad mini. Even worse than Gruffalo games app by same company - at least that makes the loading / company screen before freezing!
No longer works on iPad. Do not buy this game.
