Room Scan Alpha

Get your remodel quoted without waiting for a site visit. Room Scan Alpha turns a few minutes of walking around a room with your iPhone into a floor plan, measurements and a 3D tour your contractor can quote from. HOW IT WORKS • Your contractor sends you a scan link by text or email. • Open it, sign in, and walk slowly around the room with the camera pointed at the walls. • Upload when you're done. The floor plan and measurements arrive in minutes, and the 3D tour follows. • Your scan goes only to the contractor who sent the link. WHAT YOUR CONTRACTOR GETS • A floor plan with wall lengths, ceiling heights and square footage • A bird's eye view of the room • A walk-through 3D tour built from your scan • Your project notes, in one place they can bid from WORKS ON ANY IPHONE iPhone Pro models with LiDAR give the most accurate measurements. Other iPhones scan with the camera alone. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your projects are visible only to you and the businesses you send them to. You can delete your account and your scans from inside the app at any time. Room Scan Alpha is in free beta. Measurements are generated automatically, so contractors should confirm them on site before ordering materials.
