New: EPC/RdSAP survey mode. • Classify each wall as heat-loss, party, unheated-space or internal, and watch the measured perimeter and footprint update as you work. • Export a one-page EPC survey plan with wall types, elevations by compass facing and a room schedule, or include it all in your branded property report. • A guided survey checklist in the editor shows what is still missing before you export. New: a far more capable plan editor. • Reshape any room: drag, add or delete corners, on floor plans too, with a Keep 90° lock and live angles while you drag. • Type it exactly: corner positions, room width and depth, wall length, ceiling height, sill and head heights. Or tap any dimension on the plan and enter a value. • Rework the layout: split or merge rooms, draw a room straight into the plan, duplicate, mirror or remove rooms, and flip door hinges and swing. • Tidy plan squares every room, aligns shared walls and closes gaps in one tap. Set wall thickness and mark exterior walls. • Select several doors and windows at once to align them or give them the same width. Save named versions and compare before and after. • iPad: arrow keys nudge, ⌘Z undoes, and a pointer highlights what you are about to pick. Also in this release: • Projects now read as a building: scans are stacked by storey, and floors show everywhere the project does. • Redesigned PDF reports with a cleaner layout, summary tiles and a wall-type legend. • The export sheet shows a live preview of the document, with plan options you can toggle before exporting. • A scan stopped too early now gets a small, sharp preview and a hint to scan again. • Fixes: JSON export keeps your edits; duplicate windows and the door schedule are corrected.
