Once downloaded on my phone and purchased… The app would keep closing out. I was unable to use. I will be asking for a refund! Do not purchase.

This app is a sham. Do not signup! Everytime i try to use it i get kicked out. Totally useless.
No customer service
I have been trying to cancel this subscription for the past month and customer service will not respond. I have now been charged a subscription that I have requested to cancel. Also will not answer several emails to refund the subscription. Beware no customer service at all!!!!!

This app does not work!!
After I put all my information in click the picture I want and the style I want when I click complete. The app shuts down completely and does not show me the results. I am requesting a refund. Very disappointed!

Worst app
Such a complete waste of money. The app doesn’t even load, paid but it won’t take the email address I used. When you do upload pictures it randomly removes large windows and repositions fire places that can’t be moved. Such a complete waste of disappointment. I was fooled…the

I asked for my subscription to be cancelled this guys kept taking money off my account when I’m not using their services anymore no response nothing just charges

I downloaded this app and now I’m being charged 39$ which I did not authorize and I have not been able to get into in touch with anyone after sending several attempts that requested that I receive a refund of the funds and yet I’ve been charged again without any communication

I bought a three day trial and every time I use it will not upload a photo until I upgrade to the pro version! How can I be expected to see if I like the app on a paid three day trial when it won’t allow me to try it????? 🤯

Do not fall for it. It is a scam and no customer service to cancel. No refund either and they charged for the whole year.

It was advertised on FB as ‘completely free’. Nonetheless I paid the $11.99 for the 1 week trial, but I can’t access it without paying more money.
Being charged and never had accesd
Despite raising at least 4 requests no-one has contacted me as i have no access but am bring charged. Asked to cancel- no response, asked for a refund no response. Must have been an issue when i set my email as i do not have access but happy to keep charging me
Paid and could not log in
I paid it took me to another pay screen and then would not let me sign in …when requesting to cancel they take you trough a whole taking your personal information

The app produced one image and that was it
Very weak app, not worth the bugs and the crashing.
I paid for this app and then when I tried to design it asked for more money. I tried to use the AI editor portion and it crashed on me, at this point, I’m better off not using the app and the frustration that comes with it.
