Terrible Site
I signed up to use their messaging service for one week for 11 usd. After the week ended i saw that they charge me again 29 dollars for another month of the service that i never signed up for.
Scam
I remember when apps like this used to be free, but you can’t even read your messages and have to pay a subscription to read your messages?? What a rip off! I’m sick and tired of apps like this ripping people off and charging for everything!
Don’t download
Steer clear. Literally just a bunch of predators trying to attract you with cheap rent. There may be some real people with good intentions on here, but I have yet to find one.

Total scam of an app, and later learned they’ve been sued in the past for buying over 20,000 positive reviews and using bots in-app. Their whole business model is to flood unpaid users with bot “messages”, then you have to pay a ridiculous amount ($15/week,$30/month,$50/60 days) to be able to view them. Glad i looked into this and didn’t fall for it.

App Glitch deleted my account
Made a new account for the first time and it was randomly deleted for “unusual activity” and was told that my number was permanently blocked so now I can’t even create another account. Not sure what happened?? but very frustrating as I was hoping to actually use this app
Worthless
Can not use with out email validation when you talk to support it’s is AI. AI said you do not need a validated email but then it prompts me to do email validation Now I have to wait a hour for a response

Fake nor real. Force you to pay The app told me I had over 20 messages from potential landlords. This was not true. The message were either from people seeking to rent or fake blank messages. When I tried to search for properties no matter the dollar amount I would put down ($3000) all it would come up is a room for $300 over and over again. I was forced to pay to access the message/email feature but yhe content was either fake or not accurate. No labdlords, but only people seeking to rent ( like me). this app is a major scam in forcing people to pay for inexistant messages.

Needs work
The way the messaging system works you can’t tell if somebody’s messaging you directly or if it’s just a message to everyone regarding people looking for rooms. I had my listing up for about a month and I messaged several people on the app with no responses at all. I live in a well populated area so I expected a little bit more out of this app.

Misleading Subscription
I got notifications that I had six messages to read. You can’t read the messages without a subscription. So I thought, it would be worth a week to respond to everyone. Turns out it was just random people advertising the rooms I already rejected because they weren’t a right fit.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Craigslist,fb marketplace and even word of mouth has better results than this app. The developers purposely designed it to archive message even when ppl reply so you’ll miss messages. You can’t use messenger unless you pay and they pretend like you have messages however it’s just a trick to lure you in to paying. If I can rate 0 stars I would.

This app is slow, buggy and you have to pay a subscription to do anything worth while, which might not even work bc of the buggy system.

Hate to be alerted for no reason
I don’t like broadcasts. I rather be alerted when someone is actually responding to my ad. The broadcasted message insinuates that you have a message from someone interested in roommates/renting. Please stop this. I hate paying to respond to messages that aren’t directed at me/my ad personally.
Terrible App
$12/wk is insane for an app that doesn’t allow you to filter out people. Also, it seems roommate seekers can send out mass messages so you’re constantly getting notifications which is extremely annoying. Terrible app!

This is the most elusive and poorly designed app for finding roommates I've ever seen. It's garbage and a total rip off
