Leads are coming in, and I’m loving it.
Poor customer support, multiple errors on marketing, extremely slow response time to correct issues.
I was really excited to use roomvu which has so many great features. Unfortunately you have to schedule an appointment to talk to customer support and sometimes it takes a week or two to get a meeting. When there are errors it takes a long time to correct. I have had content refer to Canada not the US, I have been trying to get my new company logo updated for 2 weeks (they continue to automatically post videos with my old brokerage logo so I have to delete the content). They have missed zoom meetings with me (some times no one shows up). If you use their chat feature for customer service they initially respond to your first inquiry, however if it did not resolve the issue and you continue to inquire it just says waiting for a teammate…..and no one responds. I will not be renewing my subscription with them and do not recommend them.

I’m using the services since one month and happy with the outcome where I do not need to stress out myself when and what to post consistently, but I can also post my own content additionally, where you can upgrade and combine all together. I will upgrade soon😉

Poor Service fake promises
It’s a totally scam . Rude and arrogant staff never reply on time . Meeting is not to solve the problem but to kill the time after time is over they hung up the call .they make fake promise they promised me 100 qualified leads but zero leads so far

Doesn’t honor what they say
The app looks amazing, it seems to have a great capability and it could be very useful but it says that it has a free plan and it says you can make 1 free video to try and when you try to download it it asks for a paid plan. Jokes on you, you can make the video you just have to pay to have it 🤣

Pretty Terrible App
At first, I was super impressed with all of the features that Roomvu had to offer. They really pushed the video recording feature. So I finally got around to trying it and it’s horrible. The video does not properly update. You cannot properly edit the outro slides for the videos. Every time I went to take a video it would not save properly and maybe every sixth video would save. Of course, it would never be the video that you actually wanted. For an AI tech company, this was pretty disappointing. Also, half the features redirect you to the web version of the site which defeats the point of having the app in the first place. These seem like things that should be pretty easy fixes, so I’m not sure why they have not been dealt with yet. Everything needs to be done on a computer, which is not really practical.

Can’t get the help you need
Will not do what it’s supposed to do and if it will I can never get the help I need. Only brushed 15 minute call showing how that donut, but it never works for me.
Not accurate data
The data they use is not accurate and certainly not available in every market. Not to be relied on.
This app is great.
I love this app it has made my ability to post consistently on multiple social media platforms a breeze as a realtor. It gives me automatic post about different things in my target area. Of course it’s not perfect right out the box. But you can customize it and make it your very own. It’s affordable and better than paying a social media manager. Now I can get back to doing what I do the best and that’s selling houses.

Customer service is absolutely lacking. The app doesn’t even let you log in sometimes. It’s extremely buggy. The concept is great but definately is in serious needs of updates
Worst app ever do not recommend
I tired deleting my account on this app and cancel the membership,the app doesn’t even have an option for any of those.I logged out of my account and deleted the app but they still charged me.Customer service didn’t have a REAL person answering the phone,I had to leave a message and they still never called me back.
