App is terrible
My devices disconnect once a month and my auto pay randomly stopped and without warning they cancel service. When you go to “my account” to attempt to fix it again, the screen just spins and gives an error message.
Bugs
The current bugs doesn’t let me update my payment info.
Unusable
Apparently the only way to update an expired credit card associated with a Roost360 account is through the My Account section of this terrible app, which times out with an NSURL error every time I attempt to open it.
Customer support
Customer support has been of no use. I’m having login issues after changing the batteries! Very disappointing!
