I want a refund or my order or I am pressing charges with legal aid
I changed my number on the app before I made my order so the driver would call me when he arrived. I even told the support team online confirming my updated number when my order was not delivered on time. The online support team said that the order was delayed because it is Friday night and they had too many orders. Then the driver didnt deliver my order and he didn't call me on my updated number claiming I didnt update it even though I did and he asked me for a £7 charge to deliver the order again. That is fraud!
