Rewards program is insulting
The food is good. The rewards program is incredibly insulting. $1,000 until you get a free bowl? $250 for a free drink that costs the business almost nothing? Makes me not want to eat here.

Amazing healthy food but horrible app rewards
First let me just say that i love eating there, the food is fresh healthy and delicious, i go there about 2-3 times a week. So i decided to get the app for rewards since i go so much, but when i starting looking at the rewards it completely disappointed me. You need to spend $250 for a free drink, then $500 for $5 off! Thats crazy! Then it gets even worse with $1000 to get a free bowl!!! Like i said i love eating there but im not wait till i spend $1000 for one free bowl.

Congrats on the new app I guess. Unfortunately we can’t even use it to order now.
Glitchy
Not user friendly at all. The time constantly changes and blocks you from ordering, then when the order went through, it took 30 minutes of waiting to get the food and half of it had to be substituted for something else. Roots do better for your employees during promotions- they were swamped.
New app is so broken
Old rewards are thrown out. There goes my $5. Also, you can’t order pickup for anything sooner than 2 hours from now

The pop ups for errors or things that need your attention appear only briefly then disappear.

Can never get past the pickup/“where are you ordering” screen to actually place an order, useless as it stands. Would give it zero stars if I could. Please fix this issue
Problems with App
App is very slow and buggy. Had to restart the app multiple times in order to get applepay to work with my order.

Reward code scanning in store
Love Roots! App has been great apart from 1 feature I would really like to see. If I’m ordering in store, can we please get an option to scan for rewards points in the app?
No autofill
Poor user experience, no autofill and weird timeouts when you select asap for delivery. Won’t allow checkout until you select a specific time of delivery. No way to figure out until troubleshooting
Clunky on-line ordering
The site is very clunky. Hard to navigate and make changes. With that said, i did place my order and it did work
