A TOP pREIT
This is one of the top two private real estate investment trust. And I am so happy that they got an app for it. So much easier now not to have to use a browser. I highly recommend investing in roots. They’ve done very well since they first started. The app is laid out very well much better than the browser. But I loved about this company is they actually care? You can ask questions to the topic executives. I’ve done it before, and I’ve spoke to them on the phone before. It’s unique where they get the Renter involved. And moving into the Oklahoma City area buying up rent homes there is absolutely one of the smarter things. So you could tell that they actually do their analysis and research. They do not have the fees that Arrived have unfortunately I wanted to invest in Arrived in routes at the same time so I did the same money and started at the same time for both arrived in roots. And during my research because I was only getting 3.7% return profit a year on Arrived. On routes I’ve been getting in anywhere between 12 and 14+ they have the club membership. I highly recommend joining that. Spend the $100 because you will earn that back with promotions. And you will learn something with their reward program in the club. I one complaint is I would like for them to make the classes in the club much harder where we could really learn. I highly recommend signing up if you haven’t already. I’m super excited to be be going through the app checking it all out and using it from now on.
