البرنامج جيد ونشكر جهود القائمين عليه .
لكن وللأسف الشديد هذا التحديث الأخير نلاحظ انه لا يستجيب بالشكل المطلوب نرجوا من المعنيين التكرم بإعادة تأهيل وإصلاح الثغرات الفنية والتقنية ولكم الشكر

It needs to be extended to work better, because it crashes and is very slow, as if it works with free servers

عند اختيار جميع المخالفات لدفعها يكتب لي ( اختر المخالفات المراد دفعها) مرة أخرى

اقتراحات
اتمنى اضافة صورة المخالفة في التطبيق للتحقق ، وأي بلاغ تم تسجيله من طرف المواطن يظهر له وين واصل البلاغ ، احيانا نبلغ ونحس ما عملتوا شيء ابدا ، اتمنى تفعيل ارسال البطاقات والجوازات للمواطن عن طريق اسياد لتقليل الضغط على المراكز .
اتمنى تفعيل اقسام معينه لانهاء اجراءات مكاتب سند فقط والبقية الاولوية للمواطن ، السماح بتقييم المواطن للخدمة التي حصل عليها بعد كل زيارة .

Easy to use.
But with some bugs. For example I can view my fines but I can not select them to pay.!!

Good app small issues
After the new update while I need to insert my ID number , the key number 2 doesn’t appear , like it doesn’t exists , needs to be fixed

ROP = Excellence
This app resembles the advancements made in eGov services in Oman. It has many functionalities that are both easy and time-saving. We are looking forward to see more useful functions as moving vehicle ownerships between buyers and sellers and other promising and automated services.

It doesn’t show the fines
Tried to renew my car and there is a fine but the app doesn’t show it. It doesn’t allow me to renew the car registration. Called ROP App service and they didn’t fix it.

It does what it says in the tin. I would love to see more functionality for example to be able to do more than enquiring about status of a visa.
