Fundamentally flawed
In order to mix colors you have to get the tubes to intersect at the same time, but even in the exact same circumstances, the length it takes liquid to move through a tube fluctuates. This means it can take up to a dozen tries of the same exact setup to clear the level, an obvious design error and one that breaks the game. It appears the levels repeat after around level 8 as well.
