This is the BEST app of its kind!
I’ve tried the Roku app and decided that it was complete trash. The absolute WORST app out there for Roku. There were other 3 rd party apps but the ads were a dealbreaker. I hate ads and interruptions. But this app is the best for a number of reasons. It never crashes or randomly disconnects from my tv like the Roku app, and it is add free!!! Those 2 reasons alone are enough for me to give 5 stars! I’ve had 0 problems and this app does exactly what it’s suppose to. There are 2 features that can be added to improve this app even more. If there was a volume button and a way to listen to your tv through earbuds!! That would just make things absolutely 100% perfect!! Developers please consider these 2 feature for future updates! Great app thanks!!

Voice feature useless and no support
When I use the voice feature on my IPhone 6 I speak s title. I can see that title correctly on my phone. What gets into the search box on the Roku is only the first character. Worthless.
What is worse is that I tried the support link and developer link to report it and I get 'server not found'

Worked within seconds of installing, right out of the gate. Automatically found my Roku on my wifi with no problem, remote is flawless, and showed all my channels right away. I've tried a few on here, this one BY FAR is the best. Great job!

AMAZING
Does not work
Installed latest iPad version. Selected network Roku. Selected Netflix. End of story. Nothing else works - tapped all controls (with Netflix selected) - no response. What is this App supposed to do?
Works Great for me!
Roku 3 and Roku 2 works with my iPad Mini and iPod Touch 5th gen, so it should also work on an iPhone too. If people are having a problem, then they either have an old IOS on their devices or an older device that can't handle the new IOS or their Router is not set up correctly. Set up the IP address of the Roku in your Router so that it always starts up with the "same" IP address. Also your Router might be blocking the Roku. Get someone who knows about Routers to set it up for you correctly. This App works perfectly for me, so there is no problem with the App itself.

Same as the others - my brand-new, up-to-date Roku is not recognized. Disappointing, to say the least.

Does not recognize my roku box. I have the latest firmware, and both the iPad and Roku are on the same network. Want refund.

This app is fantastic. My only question is, why did Roku not come out with this? The keyboard feature alone makes this worth it. Buy it if you have Roku.

This is the kind of awesome stuff you can brag to your friends about. Can't find your remote? Let me control it with my iPad! Literally took me 5 seconds to set it up. How awesome is that?
Trouble with arrows
Works fine for a few tries, but then when I use the arrows, it just keeps scrolling...

It had a mind of its own
It went nuts on my first use! It was like I pushed a button repeatedly, except I had only pushed it once. The virtual remote was out of control. Maybe, if I reinstall it later (if I ever misplace my actual remote), it will work better. If that is the case, I will change my rating.

Finds your Roku right away, works flawlessly, and allows you to replace the remote. I have the gaming remote that came with the Roku and it eats batteries fast! This app saves me money too!
