this app has really helped me and it’s only my first time using it
it’s amazing, even when my brain is consumed by the negative things, it reminds me of what i had forgotten, of all the small wins and it helps me feel better about myself, this app is great when you need to think rationally but are consumed by emotions and being uncomfortable, id say this is a practical and cute app and i would 100% recommend using it
