Big problem

Just started playing and already have problems. It took me 3 days to pass level 9. I will match 5 flowers, but it doesnโ€™t subtract them, I have to play it 3or 4 times before I can pass, or it will say Iโ€™ve failed, and knock me off, when I still have 12 moves to make. This is all so irritating. Can this problem be fixed?
