Is there a problem with the app?

Is there a problem with the app I’m unable to get into the earn rewards section. I get this weird little planet with a circle. This has been occurring for at least a month. And today’s date is May 27, 2022. Please fix.

App has good stories but minimal ways to earn points and poor customer service if there are problems.

3 star because I love the stories

I paid for 3000 coins which is like 5.34 and you all took it out twice and I only bought it once. If your going to steal my money at least pay me my other 3000 coins. You all literally stole money out of my account I have the transaction for it but I’m the app says I only bout it one time so send me my money back or put the 3000 coins in my account. With all the bad reviews someone could literally sue you all for steal peoples money.

I’m impressed!

I got the app because of an ad on Facebook. Fell in love with the story, bought coins and then the app would crash when I tried to continue reading it. The developers responded to my review after fixing the bug. I updated the app and it was working! I am so happy and the stories are great. Thank you so much!!

New update has fixed chasing issue so I’m updating my original one star review. I have checked and I now can open locked chapters it hour the app crashing.

Original review: I wish I read the reviews before purchasing coins for locked chapters. The app just boots you every time you try and open a locked chapters weather you have coins or not.

Major scam

Wish I would have read reviews first. Same thing... read a story, pay money, and it crashes. I want my $5 back. I’m glad I didn’t pay more!!

Y’all need to do something about this, allowing an app to scam people’s money.

Scam!!

After you purchase coins this app refuses to allow you to read anything. And of course because you “successfully get your coins” they refuse to refund.

Can’t finish the book you start reading

After you pay for coins to read the book you want. it won’t let u download the book it just kicks you out. Save ur money I just wasted $10 trying to read a book and now the app just kicks me out when I try to read past chapter 10

Horrible App

Horrible book app! I bought a recharge to get to the next chapter of the book I was reading, only to constantly get kicked out of the book I was reading, but I am able to start a new book. Their policy says once you have a successful recharge, there are no refunds! I would not waste my time with this app! It’s a shame because the book I was reading was pretty good.

Don’t waist your time

So was reading a book needed coins then every time I tried to read the chapter the app kicks me off so ya don’t waist your time.

Fraud horrible app

I got to read the free chapters and had to buy coins, no big deal, but now the app kicks out every time and took my $4.99! Won’t open at all, totally a scam...so disappointed!

Bait and steal! app crashes

Don’t waste your money or time. I paid and the app keeps booting me off. Seems like you get lured in with a free short storyline then when you have to pay to unlock chapters once you pay the app crashes. I’ve tried several books and same thing. I guess they don’t want return customers just the onetime steal and run! 😡

Worst app ever!!!

I give it a 1 because i could give it a zero. I never Leave a review, however this app is horrible. It allows you to read the free chapter’s. When you put money to unlock it continues to kick you out. Good luck getting in contact with someone. Horrible!
