I really like ROSEGAL I’ve used them for several years now and they are great great clothes usually the sizes are right and made good I’ve had a couple issues with delivery and a couple tops didn’t hold up the clasps broke but I love the style

And they said they had no responsibility-my tough luck. I’ll never buy from them again
wrong advertisement
be careful when you buy when they see sequins glitter because if you buy something that you think is glittery or sequence, you’re wrong all it is is print the way they express it. You think it’s sequence not a freaking print. I will not buy from this company again. sometimes they’re advertisement a lot is confusing. no I don’t think I will order from you guys again that’s my personal opinion.

They never have in stock what the app says they have then you just get the run around from that sorry excuse of customer service. Don’t waste your time.
Welp, I guess that's one way to save money
I'm not shopping with a company that doesn't offer an opt out. This clothing company purports to serve a marginalized community (allegedly, since you can't even browse without agreeing to let them look up your digital skirt). As such, they should know that we are disproportionately affected by intrusion into our privacy. Let you sell my information including size? So whoever you sell it to can sell it to an insurance company and I can be discriminated against and denied coverage because of their incorrect assumptions that larger size = Poorer health? No. Shame on you.

Returns
Make sure what you order will fit you 100%. I spent $50 on garments that don’t fit. They will NOT let me return them, they offered me a $15 refund and I’ve been waiting on a confirmation of that $15 for several days. I know it said it would take 7-10 days for it to process, but no one has emailed me back verifying that I would even get that.

Great place to shop
They have a ton of clothes in my style that I absolutely love (as well as my daughter’s goth preferences), for really good prices. Everything I have bought so far has been really comfy material…and their bathing suits are so affordable and really good quality (and beautiful).

It keeps saying my email or pw is incorrect so I reset it and it still says it is incorrect even though it isnt

I have ordered from Rosegal a few times now and I really like them. Everything fits like it’s supposed to (which I know is a concern when ordering from overseas) and it looks exactly like it does online.
Return
I ordered and right after ordering I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. It’s been shipped. Can I refuse it and get a refund then order correct size?
Unrepentant Thieves
I was a long-time RoseGal customer, but that ended last month when I found a pair of garments on their site printed with a familiar artwork. I contacted the artist to confirm whether they had licensed it; they had not. So I reached out to RoseGal with the artist’s contact information and explained the issue, requesting that they either come to an agreement with artist or remove the product. They never responded. The product remains for sale. No matter how happy I am with my purchases from them to date, I cannot give money to a company that knowingly engages in theft of intellectual property.

Order took a month
My order took a month, you can’t see any updates on your order on the app or on their website. When you request help, you have to go through hoops just to find their response. I emailed them a few days ago and they said they posted a response but it is nowhere to be found. When I click on the link it says no question found. I do not see myself ordering from here in the future.

The App is so easy to use, the size charts are easy to read mostly, the clothes are always sent folded and wrapped and in good condition. Rosegal is my go to online clothes store! No other compares.

Don’t do it!!
Absolute fraud!! My order was delivered to a completely incorrect address, the company refused to simply replace my order and instead offered me 1/2 my money back, after two weeks of fighting with them because repayment was not received I tried changing my address and my payment information it just tells you that the payment address isn’t valid for the payment selected and doesn’t allow you to choose a different method!!!! Worst experience ever!!

Privacy no choice
I did enjoy shopping on the app, but once they wanted to accept all of their privacy intrusions with no choice to opt out, I deleted the app. Just really rubbed me the wrong way and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hope they enjoy losing customers.
Need explanation
Why is it so hard to find your orders on this site? And then when it tells you it shipped you can't never get the tracking number to come up. There's a reason I have an order from y'all in several years, but I thought I would try it again. And again nothings changed.
