Worst customer service

I usually almost never write reviews but I had to on this one… A week after placing on my orders I had noticed that on 5 of my orders I never received a tracking number. I reached out multiple times and never got a reply back until a month later saying my package was sent to the wrong address but that they would send it out tomorrow.. I requested a refund instead of my items due to the lack of communication and and they refused… I asked them to understand my situation and instead they ignored my message..
