I’ve been fighting this app for a couple of months now. It only works on my iPad when it wants to. Works OK on my phone but wipes things out without my permission. One of the worst and hardest to use apps I’ve ever seen. There’s nothing in Rosie about this app at all.
Has Never Worked for me
I have been trying to use this app to order groceries for two years and there is always some sort of problem. The grocery store that uses this app doesn’t show up, my order won’t go through, or the app won’t even open. No update is available so I will be deleting and trying again in another two years.

Cant use the service period
This joke of an app doesnt work in any browser, in the IOS app or on a windows PC. Cant even verify my email after trying several different email accounts on several devices. Their tech support is automated, useless junk as well. Wish I could give zero stars

Update, I can no longer even get in the app. I click on it and it just kicks me right out. This has gone on for months. No updates to fix or anything. Bummed.
This app has several flaws.
•very picky on wording things to find an item.
•says one thing is a sale price and then I’m charged regular price for it are just a few.
I love shopping Broulims online but it’s very time consuming with picky wording... for instance to get all the hotdog items to come up you have to type in “hot dog” not hotdog.

OMG Bad
Are you serious. this is probably the worst app ever.
Searches yield absolutely zero correct choices. It is not in sync with the grocery store prices or coupons. Now I know why I shop at Smith’s.

Cannot enter credit card info.
Cannot enter credit card info -tried Three Cards. I used them all before - no trouble.
Doesn’t work with iPhone
Used to work with iPhone and it was nice and simple, no longer works/supported on iPhone, instantly crashes.

Unable to use
I just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.2. The app does not function, it closes as soon as it starts to open. Of course this now renders the app useless, very sad since I have used it for years. Previously I would have rated 4 stars, now not so much. Looking forward to a fix.
Down Again
For many people this app is a real God-send. However, it is down again, following close on a previous period when credit cards were all declined. I’m needing to find another resource.
A wreck
The app has long been difficult and low functionality & quality, yet the recent move to auto redirect to the website is a disaster. The functionality is inconsistent, when you show up - there's no log in, they still hugely up charge on the app from in-store pricing, and I understand they didn't offer their staff implementation training, either. Get it together.

Practically useless!
Tried this 3 years ago. It was such a bad experience then, too cumbersome. I thought I’d give it another try. The UI is cleaner, more modern, but the overall experience hasn’t improved. Still pretty much useless.
Won't work with new iPhone
I have used this app since Covid. It no longer works with my new iPhone 16 Pro Max with 18.0 OS. Always worked well with iPhone 13, 14, and 15 Pro's.
App and customer service is garbage
App gives you a delivery time of today until you checkout and and changes it to tomorrow, does this all the time, customer service has no clue and can’t understand what’s going on!!
Love this app but won’t work with iPhone 15
I use this app weekly, sometimes more because grocery shopping is too hard with little kids. Please update for the iPhone 15. It won’t even open on my new phone.

Bugged, nonfunctional
Used to work great. A few months ago the app now has a bug where is appears to refresh the screen constantly every second. This causes the buttons and images to move…every second. Totally not functional for me anymore. Tried closing/reopening and well as uninstall re-install, restarting phone. All updates installed. Appears to be app itself. Gave some time for them to fix bug but issue persists. Will no longer be using their service.

Crashes on my brand new iPhone 14
I started using this app a couple weeks ago. It seemed to work acceptably enough to break up with Walmart for about 80% of my grocery list. But yesterday I traded in my iPhone 12 for a new iPhone 14 Pro; transferred all my info and settings to the new phone and now the app won’t open. It attempts to open but just crashes immediately. I made sure I’m on the latest iOS (16.5), but that didn’t help.
