Stopped working after iOS update
Was working before. iOS was updated to the latest and found this app doesn’t see any files on internal storage. Please fix it.
Does not work at all
I downloaded and installed the app, and all my pictures and videos popped up in the “internal” drive, but when I go to save them to “external “ drive it says Error Drive not find
I’ve tried it on my phone and iPad and another old phone , and it still won’t let me save or transfer my pictures and videos. Sucks to pay $$$ for something that does not work.

Un useable
Genuinely ruined my whole holiday. I love taking pictures and videos of the places I go but the drive won’t allow me to fully copy all my images and videos. No matter the quantity it either won’t fully move all my selected media or just will just refuse to copy download ect. I’ve tried all the restarts and case removes and all that other bs. This is genuinely the most disappointing thing I’ve ever bought.

Not User friendly
I have been trying to transfer files back-and-forth between a USB drive and my tablet. Absolutely zero success. I would like to know what I’m doing wrong. You would think it would be like easier for us if it were more user-friendly.
Not good
The app lets you view photos and videos that you previously transferred to it, that’s why I’m not giving it just one star. Now it keeps crashing every time I try to transfer a video onto it, why is this happening? Please fix this
No longer detecting external storage
Transferred my photos and videos, a couple of months later, plug it in and external storage is no longer detected. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing.
Destroyed files
Got back on a month later files are destroyed and can not be fixed at all
Does not support iPhone 17 pro
This was a convenient alternative/back up to iCloud but when I upgrade my phone to iPhone 17 pro, the external hard drive portion of the app/menu is permanently grayed out. Since I used this for my phone exclusively, I’m disappointed that I can no longer can use it to save files to the external drive, but with a USB-C adapter, I can use it as a regular flash drive for my laptop.

I think this is great
It is super easy to use, sometimes there are slight glitches where it won’t upload photos or videos to the external drive but if you close the app and reopen it, it usually works.

What’s wrong!!!
Hi, I had used the flash drive for a few months and was good enough. Saved my photos and videos. Now, I cannot even create a new folder because the option shows right on top corner where the clock from my iPhone shows and I cannot select the option to create a new folder. Then I decided for quick save, just to save the photos without a folder, and I cannot even see the photos I just saved. Pls pls fix this so I can keep using the flash drive. Also, I do recommend that when you go on your library to select the photos that start from the most recent photos, instead of the older one, so I don’t need to scroll and scroll until I get to to recents photos.

It worked perfectly the first use
And maybe the second (with weeks in between) and those photos and videos, I can see and hear.
Now, It will upload photos and videos but you cannot view them. Then there was an update, but, still no change. iPhone as well.
I have only viewed files through the app on my phone. I have not yet connected this device to a laptop to view files there.
Please fix!!

Dissapointing
Worked fine in the beginning but half way it stopped working completely, even when 50% memory is empty, it’s not copying anything more.. it’s just been 2 months that I got this, so return window is closed.

Hallo seit den Update wenn ich an meinen iPhone die Bearbeitung umbenennen drücke diese auch auf geht aber aber so weit oben links an meinen Handy auf geht das ich die Funktion Ordner umbenennen nicht mehr drücken kann Bitte beheben Sie doch das Problem ..
Not storing all images
It's not downloading all my images, It asks a question about icloud images and I still download, I've been doing up to like 140 pics each time, but I've even tried 1-4 pics and it still doesn't work, it only downloads off cloud photos it seems, but if you press delete photos from ur phone it deletes everything including icloud photos

Worked good at first
Worked good at first but now I can’t transfer anything despite there being available space on the drive.
No notations for pictures...
The app functions well enough, but its a pain to take off my outer case to use it because the smaller end isn't as long as needed. By far the major flaw is the fact that with iphone you CANNOT save ANY photo data whatsoever, so if you need to keep separate notes for pics and videos that you save. So Frustrating!

Unbelievably Frustrating
The app always opens to a microphone screen. I cannot select any “feature “ without a menu to choose from. Absolute waste of time and money. Buyer Beware!
