As someone who values good customer service and believes in giving businesses a chance to redeem themselves, this experience was disheartening. I genuinely hoped for a positive change from my previous visit, but unfortunately, I left feeling undervalued and disrespected. Executive said " sir out of 10 family 8 family are come just for dinner ". 2 family hi member ship leti h ....my second visit to was a regrettable experience. The lack of respect, poor organization, and misleading offers made me question the integrity of the company. I hope company takes this feedback constructively and improves their future promotions to regain the trust of their customers.
