W app storze można znaleźć również aplikację Rossmann z innych krajów. Nasza aplikacja obsługuje tylko polski numer, ponieważ potrzebujemy jego weryfikację, by móc się nim identyfikować na kasie, podczas zakupów w drogerii.

Every time your store runs promotions with free gifts for selected products, I find that the gifts are already out of stock when I ask the sales assistants.
Unfortunately, promotions like this come across as a scam and leave a disappointing impression.

Annoying updates
Every week there is an update which you have to do… it’s pretty annoying especially when you want to check something and bum update is required…
Too frequent requests for updates of app
This is so annoying if you need to update every month and mostly you notice it at cashdesk. App is generally useless except log of all your purchases which is great feature.
English Language
As a foreigner living in Poland who hardly speak polish, let alone being able to read it, I wish the application had an option to change the language to English so I can use the amazing features of the app too.

The only application that I have in this phone, that asks me to update frequently.

I updated last week and today i wanted to check the availability at store but it says me to update. Please app itself is already great, stop forcing updates.

Nice and easy
I have been utilizing this application for several months now and I can surely make a 5 star recommendation. Application is easy to use, fast, all of the prices are updated accordingly and the stock of the products is always up to date. Besides that the online shopping which comes directly to me home - it is too good to be true - but this is exactly how it works, at least for me on a monthly basis.

I can’t use the app every time
i open it as there are updates coming out every day, there’s been an update 22 hours ago, a day ago, i got the app last week and i can’t open it. Some stores have poor wifi and updating takes 5 minutes. This is the worst UX i’ve seen
