App solo en alemán…
Con la de tiendas que hay en Mallorca…y solo la tienen en alemán…..muy mal

Ich mag die App sehr und nutze sie auch regelmäßig. Dabei gibt es nur zwei Punkte, die mich stören. Zum einen springen die Coupons immer wieder zum Anfang, wenn man sich einen genauer anschaut (anklickt) oder kurzzeitig eine andere App im Vordergrund nutzt. Wenn man nur die Liste einmal durchgehen möchte, ist es nervig immer wieder den letzten gesehenen Coupon zu suchen. Zum anderen scheint alles gerätebezogen und nicht accountbezogen gespeichert sein. Wenn ich also mit einem Gerät einen Coupon aktiviere oder einen Einkauf tätige, synchronisiert sich das nicht auf mein anderes Gerät. Dementsprechend würde ich auch meine Kassenzettel beim Gerätewechsel trotz Konto verlieren (was eigentlich für mich der Hauptgrund für ein Konto ist).

Brakuje przycisku „Aktywuj wszystkie kupony”. Teraz zamiast robić zakupy, trzeba stać i po kolei klikać 10 min.

The app opens in German and shows prices in Euro instead of Turkish Lira.

Region problem
Only in German for years. Every time I download it to shop, but every time I exit without being able to do it. Why haven't you developed a Turkish app for years when you have many stores in Turkiye?

App funktioniert meistens, aber nicht immer. Es gibt leider keinen digitalen Kassenbon
Die App funktioniert an sich ganz gut. Leider werden aber die Punkte nicht immer gesammelt. Für meine Einkäufe über 100€ habe ich keine Schütteltaschen erhalten. Das finde ich sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem kann man nicht alle Coupons auf einmal aktivieren, man muss sich durch Coupons durchklicken. Das ist nervig.
Auch ein digitaler Kassenbon fehlt, da hinkt Rossmann wirklich hinterher. Gerade bei teuren Produkten, wo Garantie drauf ist, wäre ein digitaler Bon sehr hilfreich. Der gedruckte Bon verblasst ja so schnell.
Wenn ein digitaler Kassenbon in die App integriert wird gibt es 5 Sterne.
