Your staff rota may arrive as a screenshot, a WhatsApp image or a photo on the wall. RotaTally turns it into a personal schedule and helps you understand what to expect on payday. SCAN YOUR ROTA Choose a rota image, tell RotaTally your name, and review the shifts found for you. Nothing is saved until you confirm it. SEE YOUR WEEK OR MONTH Keep every shift in a clear weekly or monthly calendar. Overnight shifts are handled properly, and duplicates are avoided. CATCH ROTA CHANGES Rota Change Guard compares an updated scan with your saved rota. Review changed, new, missing or clashing shifts before anything is altered. SYNC AND REMEMBER Keep approved shifts in a dedicated Apple Calendar and choose a local reminder before each shift. Calendar and reminder data stays on your device. TRACK HOURS AND PAY Add hourly rates, unpaid or paid breaks, tips and bonuses. RotaTally calculates an estimated gross amount for your records. CHECK PAYDAY Compare the gross pay you expected from recorded shifts with the gross figure on your payslip. RotaTally shows the difference calmly so you know what to check.
