Needs to do more
It works well for what does. You can place orders and it will tell you that it’s complete. My CPAP provider submitted a new prescription over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up on the app or the web site. Would be nice to see the status of an order as it is being processed.
Awful App
These people act like they have no experience with sales of any kind. Everything I want to do takes me to the website. If I want send a message to customer service, order something, or pay a bill. It’s basically a glorified receipt. I’m sure they’re a multimillion dollar company, they need to do better asap if they keep wanting my money! You should be able to pay bills, reorder supplies, change the kind of supplies you want, return items from shipments you have no use for and be able to approve shipments before they randomly decide they can send them to me. Just a terrible system the company has in general. And no, I’m not going to memorize my global ID, stop asking for it.

VA Patient
The app. is absolutely useless to me. Not one item that I have signed on a tablet has Ever showed up on the app. and I hav been an oxygen patient since 15 January 2015. Today is 16 February 2023 and Houston is where I am serviced.
