App not working
Been using app for a while and now it’s suddenly stopped working. App won’t load up, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still not working. Get your act together, why are we paying council tax when a simple like an app won’t work?

According to the Rotherham Bins app, we only have 1 bin. We have 4.

Can’t search postcode
No longer searches addresses. I put my postcode in and also tried my street

App not working!!!! Was really useful and would have got 5 stars until recent update. Not it doesn’t work!!

App saying no collections found.

App worked ok up to now as it doesn’t give any information but just: ! SORRY NO COLLECTIONS FOUND

Rotherham bins app will not store dates to Calander.
Crashes
Click on save and the app crashes. It’s not the first time this has happened. It happened last May and now it’s happening again.
Very handy but…
A very handy app to keep track of which bin is due next. Handy links to other recycling info. Main issue is the with apps reminders section, it quits every time I clink on “save collections”

Tap to save new bin dates to calendar and it crashes. Wouldn’t find my address with postcode last week ????
Why no reminder from the app itself??
It’s a simple concept but I don't get why the app itself doesn't generate a reminder instead of sending it to the phones calendar. I don't use the phines calendar, I use an app called ‘Alarmed’ instead. Net result is I don’t get a bin reminder tye night before, so the app it a little pointless.

Great idea
Love the way it integrates with my calendar with reminders for which bins. No more missed bin collections!
Simple and useful
The only problem is that adding calendar reminders adds just a few weeks into the future and doesn’t check for any existing reminders. It’s easy to end up with 6 black bins reminders stacked up for the same day and time.
Easy lad
Clear and easy to use, saves having to look out the window the night before to see who’s putting what bin out or search around for the time table :)
